Pune University Students Go On Hunger Strike Demanding Offline MCQ Exam
Pune June 20th, 2022: University of Pune Students Go On Hunger Strike today demanding to conduct summer examination in MCQ mode. Many students have claimed that they want to hold this exam in an offline MCQ pattern. Omkar Benke’ President of the Nationalist student congress party & ‘And Mahesh Kamble’ General Secretary of Pune City or Vidharthi Congress were leading this protest on June 20th in the front main building of Pune University.
After Pune University announced that it will conduct the summer exams in pen & paper mode. The students did not like this decision. 70% syllabus is taught online, then the exam should not be held in the traditional model. Many students of University are likely to give offline exams first time since covid. They have not even been given a proper guide for this semester.

Many students are to be gathered in front of the University Main Building. The news has also come that all the students are going to bring the storm from one place towards the university.

For Solapur, ShindePraniti Sister has come in front of the University. Let’s see who is taking the initiative for the students of Pune, the future of more than 6 lakh students. Said Mihir.
Recently, after the students’ protest at Ahilyabai Holkar Solapur University, the administration changed its decision and declared the exam with an offline MCQ pattern. Earlier, Nagpur, Gadchiroli, and Jalgoan University had declared the exam through offline MCQ mode for students.
The fact is the government does not taking decisions in coordination with universities. if it had already been done the future loss of millions of students will be been avoided. Therefore, it is important to see whether the Minister of Education will pay attention to this.
The SPPU Summer Semester Exams began Today & The sppu summer semester exams in 2022 will be conducted in a ‘traditional long pattern’ only said Director Mahesh Kakde. The SPPU also Orders Police Protection at 900 Exams Centers to Stop Student Union Protest.
