SPPU Academic Schedule Collapse, Admission to PG Courses Have Been Delayed

Pune, 4th August 2022: Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) & its affiliated college’s academic schedule have collapsed this year. The UG admission process will take time, but the process of admission to PG courses is likely to start late. The month of August has arrived but till now the results of PG courses have not been announced.

Summer Semester Exams are over but yet the results of the Exams are not declared on the official website. Therefore, now there is a possibility of PG courses having academic year collapsed. Now the responsibility of putting the next academic year on time rests with Pune University.

Due to Corona, there was a slight delay in the academic year of 2020-21 and 2021-22 and now it is a difficult task for the university to declare the academic year of 2022-23 on time.

The results of the HSC board were announced on 8th June. So BA, BCOM, BSC, and 1st-year admissions have already started. The admission process for affiliated colleges will start from time to time but for PG courses the admission process will stop. But the academic year of colleges will now be delayed by 1 month of extension.

Dr. Mahesh Kakade Director, Board of Examinations and Evaluation Said, That in the University exams 60% have been completed. The remaining exams will also be completed as soon as possible. After that, we will publish the results on time. We are trying our best to make the academic year on schedule.
